At Archie McPhee, we want you to be delighted with your weird and wonderful treasures. If your order isn't quite strange enough, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Send an email to our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.
Pack the Oddities
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected from damage during their journey back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship it to our Seattle headquarters using your preferred trackable carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7 business days.
